RETURN POLICY
30 days for a full refund
90 days for an exchange or store credit

All credits will be issued back to the customer by which ever method of payment was used for the original sale. 

NO RETURNS ON TIGHTS exchanges only
NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

For ALL returns we require that the merchandise has NOT been worn and does not show any visible wear, tags are attached to the product, and that all original packaging is in tact.  Step ‘N Stretch reserves the right to deny any return we see unsuitable for resale.

CHECK POLICY
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. We ONLY accept school/business checks for group orders. We do also honor Traveler's checks at each store location.  All checks require a current phone number and driver’s license number. There is a $30 processing fee for all returned checks.  If you are making a return and you paid with a check, there is a 2 week hold period until a check can be issued for all purchases over $50.

DEFECTS
If you encounter what you believe to be a defective item please contact the location you purchased it at immediately. We will ask you to bring/mail the item in so we can take a look at it. We will need to know when it was purchased, how long the item was used for, for shoes please explain what type of surface (i.e. wood floor, carpet, outdoors, concrete, etc.) the product was being worn on, was the product washed or dried, and what is the issue with it.  We will review the item to validate the defect and contact the vendor to issue a replacement item if it is accepted as defective. 

PLEASE NOTE: All manufacturers have different return/defect policies and not all items are always accepted as a defect.  Please always be cautious to read all washing and maintenance instructions.
